Workshops and Floristry Classes
Workshop cancellations are non-refundable, as all materials will be allocated to your booking. If enough notice is provided your booking can be transferred to another available date or we kindly as that you organise someone to take part in your place. A minimum number of participants per session will be required for the workshop/class to go ahead. Therefore, for this reason or due to any unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to cancel the session and issue a full refund or offer an alternative date.
eGift Cards
eGift cards can only be redeemed against our floral workshops and classes, subject to availability. Valid for 24 months from the issue date. All gift cards can be entered at checkout by the recipient. For a less value booking your remaining balance will be stored for future use within the 48 month period from the issue date. For higher value bookings, then the remainder payment will be expected at the checkout. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

Local Delivery & Studio Collections
Collections are arranged and operate on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday only.
You will receive a text message the day before your collection date. Studio collections are usually between 10am - 4pm Friday, Saturday and 10am - 2pm on Sunday.

Local delivery is available Friday, Saturday or Sunday only. They are usually between 9am - 10am or between 4pm - 6pm. We cannot facilitate specific time slot request.
Delivery costs:
Up to a 4 mile radius of Ironbridge High street (TF8 7AD) Free delivery.
4 - 8 miles radius £4.99
8 - 12 miles radius £9.99
Nationwide delivery is not available.
Please note: If the incorrect delivery fee is paid then the deficit will be deducted, of the same value from the cost of the floral arrangement.

Your personal data will only be used to fulfill your order, payment purposes, consultations, responding to your queries or if you have opted into the email subscription service.
