

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please allow at least two working days lead time for your flowers to be made for collection or delivery, these are made fresh to order. (Telephone if you would like to check availability for last minute flowers)
Products on sale are subject to availability.
Every arrangement is unique but will follow a specific design.
Please note that we make every effort to use seasonal flowers but individual stems may vary from those shown due to availability. We love to use locally grown flowers but this is not always achievable during certain times of the year. We will ensure that your flowers and foliage will be similar in pallet, quality and value.
Fresh flowers ideally should be positioned away from direct sunlight to avoid wilting. Dried flowers should be displayed away from direct sunlight as this may cause fading and do not require water. All flowers are inedible and some products may be harmful.
DELIVERY
Doorstep deliveries are available Monday to Sunday. (Closed on Wednesday)
Please note: If an order is booked for a Wednesday then the delivery will be on the next day due to the studio being closed every Wednesday.
Deliveries usually take place before 10am or after 4pm.
Collections are between 10am and 4pm.
Delivery Costs and Area Examples
Up to a 4 mile radius of Ironbridge High street TF8 7AD is free delivery.
This area covers: Ironbridge, Coalport, Coalbrookdale, Jackfield, Madeley, Broseley, Buildwas, Lightmoor, Horsehay, Little Wenlock,
Dawley, Lawley, Aqueduct, Lawley Village, Doseley, Leighton, Benthall.
4-8 miles radius £4.99
This area covers: Cressage, Shifnal, Eaton Constantine, Donnington, Stirchley, Apley, Telford Centre, Beckbury, Much Wenlock, Wellington, Muxton, Hadley, Bridgnorth, Atcham, Oakengates.
8-12 miles radius £9.99
This area covers: Lilleshall, Shrewsbury boarder, High Ercall, Cosford, Newport boarder, Condover.
Get in touch if you wish to use our delivery service beyond these areas, at an additional cost
or if you are unsure of your delivery cost.
Please note: If the incorrect delivery charge is chosen then any deficit may be deducted from the cost in flowers.
COLLECTIONS
Collections are available from the studio shop. We kindly ask that you check our opening hours and confirm your collection time.
RETURNS POLICY
We do hope that you love your flowers and hope that you do not have a problem, but just incase please email nettieofthegorge@gmail.com with attached photographs without delay and we will be in touch ASAP.
Flower order cancellations accepted up to 48 hours of delivery or collection date to receive a full refund. Workshop cancellations are non-refundable, as all materials will be allocated to your booking.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payments accepted via the website, credit card, bank transfer or cash.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is extremely important and your details will be protected.
Your personal data will on be used for through the order/payment process, consultations, responding to any of your queries and if you have opted to the email subscription service.
If you no longer wish to subscribe to our emails please get in touch nettieofthegorge@gmail.com and you will removed from this service without much delay.
